Refund Eligibility
We understand that delays can be frustrating. That said, because of the nature of our business and how we source and ship items, we do not offer refunds unless your order has exceeded 21 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the confirmed shipping date.
If your delivery has passed that 21-business-day mark, you are absolutely entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
